    When the Fitbit Versa 2 arrived, I couldn't get it to pair with the Fitbit app. The watch was unresponsive, despite all efforts to get it to function. I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and they agreed to send a replacement watch. The replacement arrived today, and paired with the app without any bother. It's working fine, and I'm happy with it. I would recommend this seller on the basis of how they responded to the situation.

    First shipment an error occured by sending a wrong product. I orderd a cb-2cle charger but got a canon cb-2lhe. The product name had one letter difference so this can happen. When contacting the retailer, they send me the right product the same day. Accidents can happen, mistakes too. It comes to this: how do you solve it when something did not went good. They solved it right away, so this is very good. Waiting for the product to arrive.

    Original charger was mailed promptly but, when received, did not work. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me a replacement charger, again very quickly. The replacement charger works perfectly. The price of the charger was reasonable, as in Australia this is an item that is sometimes hard to find. This eBay seller is highly recommended, for great communication and very good customer service. Thank you.

    Good vendor shipped next day, but took another 13 days to arrive, so VERY SLOW delivery. Rubbish carrier. Look genuine so fingers crossed as no original packaging.
