  Had an issue when the product arrived, reached out and the seller sent a 4X in better condition and a prepaid shipping label to return the original 4X. Pleased with the transaction, things happen and the seller took care of making it right. Would absolutely do business again.

  Will absolutely purchase from this individual again. Drill came in a bit damaged seller was very quick to respond and is sending out a replacement tomorrow. Will be buying anymore related aviation tools from them and will be recommending to the aviation mechanics I work with.
