  Purchased 29" Tumi case, seller shipped 26" case. Return has been very difficult. I had to email seller about providing a label. I had to contact eBay after the return to get my money back. eBay refunded my money via Money Back Guarantee. I've been on eBay for 26 years, never had a situation like this. Requested return 3-15, it's 4-5 and I'm still in the 3-5 day refund window from eBay.

  I got my right hand crushed in an accident. Had to have surgery. Sometimes you just can’t get to everything but eBay is always there to back up your purchase and took care of the refund for me. Sorry for your inconvenience.
