    Seller uses cut-rate shipping. Should have had item in 3-4 days….here we are 18 days later with no item. Seller issued refund AND intercepted package so now my daughter is without her birthday gift at all. All over a $10 dollar item. Have fun eating all of those shipping costs.

    Buyer has a cut- rate attitude and LIES. Seller uses USPS for shipping. Seller responded IMMEDIATELY to email from buyer. Seller confirmed package was shipped TIMELY but CONFIRMED unforeseen issue with USPS. (Movement stopped). Seller offered to ship another unit AT NO CHARGE. Buyer declined offer then opened case requesting refund. Seller obliged IMMEDIATELY. Seller DID NOT intercept package. Package DELIVERED (Late) on Oct 28. Neg feedback was excepted but LIES will not be tolerated.
