    Item as described. They arrived late but that was probably due to the postman as it was such a small packet I expect they didn't notice them. Seller kindly gave a refund with no quibble. Eventually they did arrive so I'm now arranging payment.

    Rising Star Listed pictures of an item they do not have in stock. I bought one and they sent a different unrequired item. After a procrastinated period of time I received a postage return voucher which was invalid. The PO advised me to post anyway which I did. The item was not returned to me by the PO who I believe have delivered it to Rising Star who have not denied this. I included a photo of the item with the return label sent. Notwithstanding all this they have failed to give me a refund.

    Item arrived as stated regarding delivery time. But upon opening the packaging, the bag was very damp inside the polythene bag wrapping. It also had an unpleasant smell coming from it. I immediately made contact with the supplier informing them of the problem. I offered to keep the bag & put it through a machine wash to clean it & hang it out on the washing line to dry it in exchange for some money off or send the bag back to them for a refund. I am still waiting for a sensible reply from seller
