  Great communication! Sign was VERY well packaged. Unfortunately and to no fault of seller, sign did not work correctly when it arrived. I contacted seller and they promptly shipped a repair part after I sent them a video. Easy fix. Great sign, as described. Great seller!!!!

  Arrived with a broken tube, seller had a replacement sent out immediately. Was super easy to repair, even for someone that isn't very handy like me. Top notch communication, and it even arrived 2 weeks earlier than the projected delivery date. I see several more neons going on my wall the the future and I will buy all of those from this seller.   Sign arrived broken. I helped seller file a claim with FedEx, it was quick and easy. Seller sent me a replacement sign. Second sign arrived in perfect condition and works flawlessly!   i was shocked at how fast it got here considering it came from China. roughly 10 days when i am used to things from China taking a few weeks. it was also extremely well packaged and worked fine. the box even had a very slight bit of damage but it didn't affect it. took me a while to pick all the foam out from all around the glass tubes, but it apparently did the job and was well worth it. i would highly recommend these folks.
