  This transaction went very well. I ordered two autographed photos of Jock & Belle. I received the first photo, it was in a beautiful thank you card. I am waiting for the second photo. I believe it got lost in the mail. I reached out to Jock and he immediately told me he would send me a new one. I was so grateful because that one was a gift for a friend who had me watch their vid. The picture was great! Overall the experience from this seller was perfect. Thank you so much Jock!! God Bless! 🙏🏻

  Speaker sounds good and was best value I could find, so no complaints about that. However, I was a bit disappointed to see the damage to the corner of the speaker (see picture). The item was pretty well packaged, and I could not find the missing chips anywhere in the box, so I'm left with the belief that this was the condition of the item prior to shipment. That condition was not disclosed and I don't recall seeing it in the photos.

  Upon further communication and investigation with the seller, I am confident the seller did not misrepresent the condition of the item. The shipping carrier dropped the box on the corner, which caused the damage during transit. Speaker sounds great regardless, and the visible damage is mostly hidden via the install location.
