  I ordered a package of 8 crutch tips that were 7/8" diameter on 4/28/2025. Expected delivery was between 5/2/2025 & 5/8/2025. Delivery time was exceptional as I received my order on 4/30/2025. The product was exactly what I needed & seller answered my question very quickly. If the need ever arises, I will definitely order from him again.

  BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! Order placed on 5/28. No tracking # provided. Did not receive item as of 6/11. Sell "blamed" carrier for not delivering. Seller gave me the option to send another item or get a refund. I asked the seller to reship as I still want the item. 6/11 Seller canceled my order without my permission and stated the reason for cancellation as "Please understand that do to your lack of patience and understanding in regards to shipping issues,you have been refunded."

  This comment is taken directly rom the buyer's followup message... "Put this in your review too, lol i don't care!" As mentioned, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! This seller does not care about his customers and has very little interest in doing the right thing.

  I was sincerely apologetic when working with you. I was more than willing to help you receive your item, but you were actually pretty rude, which I knew would lead to a bad review and it did. That's why you were refunded.I am human, things happen but ,I did communicate, this a platform yes, but that does not mean we should not be nice to one another .I understood your frustration.I did try ,I value all feedback and am still new to ebay selling, and will continue to learn and grow,Thank you.

  I never, had any tracking information for seven days! I sent a message, I asked why? I do not see the tracking origin zip code, that is usually on the eBay tracking page? Also! The box that usually shows, cancel this order, option was not in my information, next thing, the seller, posted, that the Buyer Cancelled this order? Totally WRONG, You buyers, should BEWARE and ask QUESTIONS, to this seller! Before you buy from this seller! My time was played with, and the money was refunded 7 days later

  I communicated there was an issue on my end, and just was not given the chance to make it right in time .The customer was refunded after there was an issue with delivery. I value your feedback and will do better in the future,So sorry for your experience.
