    Item in condition as described, works perfectly, and had excellent customer service from the seller. Value was good and looks as promised by the listing. Only issue was recieving parts for item, which delayed shipping, but not a major concern. Would purchase again from this seller, excellent job.

    I gave this seller a positive rating based on the condition of the item (it looked good and seemed to function properly during the song loading process and playback tests); not on the overall transaction. The item arrived almost 2 weeks later than the original due date. When I reached out to the seller they didn't respond. I reported it missing. In the meantime I received an email from the seller asking, "how did we do?" This came before the item was even shipped. I wasn't very happy overall.

    Seller has done more than what was needed and I did say no rush, knowing it may take time with other orders as well. Originally left negative feedback due to being a little frustrated but came to an understanding since seller has gone above and beyond for me
