Royal Mail took quite a while to deliver this but the seller got back to me in seconds to offer a replacement. Thankfully this wasn’t necessary as they have now been delivered. Beads are beautiful, in perfect condition, really happy for the price.

Discussed changes with the company as I didn't want my daughters name, just coloured beads and asked if I could add an additional colour (ordered pink white and lilac). They were happy to oblige and were super easy to deal with, even sent a photo of the product made before sending to check I was happy with it. Will order again in the future!
