    Shipping was on time. Packaging of product was done well. The product arrived as described, but unfortunately, because it was a new, untested, open box clock, the Seller had no way of knowing it did not continuously run properly. The Seller issued a full refund when advised of this situation and therefore the value is fair. He is a very trustworthy Seller who backs up his promise for refunds if necessary. John

    Shipment arrived in a timely fashion, with very secure packaging. Items were in as described condition, which were enhanced by the seller including outer sleeves around each item, for extra protection. Overall, I believe that I received great value with this transaction. Seller is highly recommended!
