Item was damaged in transit despite it being well packaged with lashings of Red & White "FRAGILE" tape. The seller offered a partial refund without me having to barter about a fair percentage - it was an amicably agreeable percentage from the start. This actually excellent good customer service, even though my item wasn't in the condition I expected when it arrived.
