  Unfortunately my item didn't arrive but Claire did everything in her power to get it sorted with Royal Mail,it still hasn't arrived but Claire was kind enough to give me a refund and offer me25% off any future order,which was more than nice of her given the fact it wasn't her fault.I would most definitely buy from this seller again,thank you

  Absolutely fantastic seller. There was a slight issue with delivery but they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I got the item I needed. Communication was fantastic and even put in an additional item at no extra cost. Will be more then happy to recommend to other people for anything Lord of The Rings themed. Item was as described and I am more then happy with it. It will complete my Aragorn Costume nicely. Thank you again for the item.
