  Shipping was fast, the pen was carefully packaged (an extra case was included, free of charge), and although the item was described as "very good", it was actually in mint condition. The price was more than reasonable and the communication was excellent. One of the best sellers on ebay.

  Item received safely today after a nightmare of a delivery where the item was more than a week late with very little useful communication from Parcelforce. The issue was with Parcelforce not the seller (so this nightmare is not reflected in the ratings) who tried to help by chasing / communicating with the Parcelforce. Item is as described. Would purchase from the seller again (but maybe not using Parcelforce).

  The seller was so very kind to sell this to me outright rather than continue with their auction after I feel in love with it on sight. The book was sent out very speedily, the packaging was perfect, the book exactly as described and the price was even more perfect.   Sweet Beswick Comical foal in excellent condition - colouration suggests it's possibly an early version. As described. Very well packaged in a comparatively large box, using plenty of protection. Good price, good value and very reasonable postage. Thank you.
