  Sent quickly, well-packed. The manual was for a camera which had proved unsatisfactory for bird photography, so I had parted with the camera before this manual arrived. When I explained this to the seller, he agreed to take it back. I sent him tracking details for the return & he immediately refunded. You cannot get a better seller than that! He's also cheaper than the competition. I'll buy a manual from this seller in future. I attach a photo of the return.
