  Upon delivery and inspection I discovered that the locomotive had been damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller who responded quickly and sent photos of the damaged locomotive. He agreed to refund my purchase either in full or partial (I could keep the train cars included in the purchase) and gave me ample time to decide. We agreed on a partial refund and he let me keep the damaged locomotive for parts or to see if I could repair it. Damage may have been less with more packing.
