    The shipping and packaging was excellent. The value for these shoes was on par. The only thing was that they were mislabeled as to size. I contacted the seller and they immediately issued a return label. This is what I expect from an A+ seller.

    The seller gave the package to the mail carrier the first business day after the sale! The package took two days in shipping to arrive. The item was packed in a box, not a bag! However, the box was not water-resistant. The item is sensitive to water. No receipt was included in the package. There was a thank you note in the package! The item was true to its description. Overall, because the seller shipped quickly, used a box, and included a thank you note, the seller was well above average!

    Retro Renewed was great. I had several questions they were answered quickly and even provided photos. Shipment was prompt and I got the product in two days, packed perfectly and works properly. I will be visiting this seller for future retro needs!

    I have received a different package from the one that I ordered because of an error from the courier (not from the seller). When I messaged the seller about this, he responded ride away and he underatood the problem very fast. The seller had a deep understanding about the process that should be done, and my money got refunded. I can say, that without any doubt, this seller is the one with the most understanding of mailing and refund processes that I have ever dealth with. I highly recommend!!

    I just received my tunic top and it is exactly as described and I love it! Packaged nicely with a little note inside, which I appreciated and it put a smile on my face. No shipping issues. Great seller! Thank you!!
