  Tray arrived broken in pieces. The heavy cardboard and bubble wrap should have been enough to protect it. I contacted the seller immediately who has said he will follow this up with Australia Post and a refund will be no problem. Fast and great communication from the seller. I am sorry this happened :( It was a gorgeous tray and I am sad that it arrived broken. 5 STAR seller appreciate your effort. Australia Post needs to do better. Fragile labels on box and all.   I found RetroHub great to deal with. I bought a used soda siphon described as in working order, but upon receiving it it couldn't operate because seals were perished. I contacted Retro Hub and they were sorry and offered a full refund no questions asked. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller to buyers. outstanding... mikeando
