  Changer was not sent on time. Received a remote that didn't work. Contacted seller and got no response. I replaced remote from another seller. I showed proof of this purchase and asked to be reimbursed. Never received any reimbursement or communication from seller.

  Player as described. Nicely packaged box, player was well protected with cushioning in box. Unit was missing the power cord, however this was a direct replacement for an identical broken one, so not important.
