  Item was great except the cake stand was broken (shattered) when received. Thankfully the dome was not damaged. Great communications and response from the seller concerning the damaged stand. Refund terms were easily reached and refunded amount was prompt. I would purchase from here again (hopefully packaging is better next time)

  True to the listing, the items I bought came in packaged carefully, and looking EXACTLY as the pictures and as described.   The product was exactly as shown. The shepherd came with a broken arm (from shipping-a support between the arm and body would have prevented this). I contacted the seller and showed pictures of the break after I had glued it back. I requested a discount since it arrived broken. The seller provided the discount. Very professional and quick.
