  Wonderful seller. 1 item of 2 hand blown glasses arrived broken due to handler & not because it wasn’t packed well. She responded immediately to my report of item & sent a replacement along with 2 other delicate pieces I purchased from her. This time all 3 pieces arrived intact & she really, really overprotected them. I know she spent quite a bit of time & effort as it took me a long time to unwrap each piece.   Just amazing! Vase is truly magnificent--and so is this seller! Packaging was extraordinary: double boxing and yards of bubble wrap. Immediate shipping.   Very nicely priced tea set arrived exactly as described, nicely packaged and shipped quickly, except that one teacup handle resting against the tray broke off in transit. Seller provided partial refund which allowed me to purchase another eBay for a replacement teacup. A+ experience.
