    The amplifier was damaged during transit .. I raised a return through Ebay and the response from the seller was immediate with an offer of a discount ... Its not possible to get amplifiers of this type repaired in Spain so I requested a refund ... Once again the sellers response was immediate.. I shipped the amplifier back and a refund was received... Thank you for your service and full marks for your communications. I recommend this seller highly .....

    Everything is absolutely perfect - product as described, good packaging ;) except the delivery of DHL, or to be more precise their logistics partner in Bulgaria “Speedy”. "Speedy" took a long time to deliver across Bulgaria and did not even notify me about the arrival of the parcel, so I had to look for it myself

    Ich hatte den Equalizer zunächst nach Bulgarien bestellt, die Bestellung aber storniert und ihn an eine Adresse in Deutschland bestellt! Vielen Dank an den Verkäufer für Ihr Verständnis! Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass die Lieferung an eine Adresse in Deutschland 10,00 € gekostet hat, statt der internationalen Lieferung nach Bulgarien von 65,00 €!!! Der Equalizer ist genau wie beschrieben! Es kam sehr schnell, perfekt verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand an!
