    I ordered a item & it was promptly shipped. Somewhere the process, the shipping company (not the seller) sent it to a different state. I worked with the seller and he was TOTALLY on it! He got it shipped back to him and reshipped to the correct address immediately - on a Saturday!. All communications were exceptional. It is extremely rare to see this level of AMAZING customer service these day! I give the highest possible rating based on my exceptional experience! Thank you so, so much!!

    The preowned women’s Carhartt sweatshirt is as described and in excellent condition. The sweatshirt was nicely wrapped in plastic wrap and must have been shipped soon after I purchased it because I received it pretty quickly. A+++ Seller
