  I was super satisfied with the service I got from Retourenscout. I ordered Bowers and Wilkins FS-700 S2 stands. After I placed my order, I got a call from Retourenscout, clarifying the order I had placed, as mistakably I had only ordered I stand rather than a pair. They helped me out, their follow up service was impeccable and the goods arrived sealed in perfect condition as described on the site. I highly recommend Retourenscout.

  Ich bin sehr positiv über diesen Händler überrascht der Versand war echt super schnell. Eine Duo 15 Liter slushy Eismaschine für diesen unschlagbaren Preis kaum zu glauben aber wahr. Die Maschine kam in einer in einer Kiste geliefert und ich konnte sie sofort im Betrieb setzen da sie mit einem Kipp Indikator ausgestattet war. Rundum bin ich mit allen sehr zufrieden und ich kann diesen Händler nur weiterempfehlen! Top eBayer

  Item as described, but I was hit with a £60 customs charge and a long delivery delay. The listing made no mention of potential customs/import fees for UK buyers. Seller was unhelpful when contacted and took no responsibility. Poor communication and lack of transparency about international shipping. Very disappointing overall – UK buyers beware, as you'll likely face extra charges on delivery.

Das MacBook Pro kam in einer professionellen Verpackung, die ich mir gleich in den Schrank gelegt habe, damit ich selbst mal etwas so gut verschicken zu können. Ich bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden.
