    The shipping was acceptable. The box that the utility cart arrived in was worn and heavily tape. The cart was intact and brand new as it was described. Thrice was reasonable and a good buy. The seller was amiable when I reported that the top shelf developed a crack during our first day of use. The seller quickly solved the problem. I would definitely do business with him again.

    Good seller, product like new as described. Good value, Shipping was however I wasn't aware that the item was shipped until it was delivered. Packaging was okay as the item itself is made of stainless steel and couldn't get much damages in shipping.

    The mixer was exactly as described. This was a scratch and dent item and they represented the damage accurately! They shipped it quick in very good packaging. Overall, this was an excellent value for tge price and service experienced!

    VERY RESPONSIVE to emails. Replied back within 24 hours. Answered all my questions. Sent me pics of the flaws. There was a slight mess up in tracking number. But they stayed in contact with me. The huge 3 compartment sink arrived BEFORE PROMISED!!!! Was well crated and protected. It was a good experience, was kinda leery because of reviews... but in my case I knew it was scratch and dented. Knew it was missing parts. BUT it was approximately $1200 LESS than I could find it elsewhere.
