  I was sent an offer and countered with $23 shipped. There was miscommunication along the line and I was charged $30.50 I believe. Seller offer to refund approximately $2 which I did not receive. Hat came a couple days later then I was told. Nice hat, it is as described.

  Thanks for your comment. As stated in my email as well as the ad, Buyer pays for shipment; I'm always clear on that Item was sent well within given time line. Also, I have an PayPal receipt for $2.00 difference in proposed prices having been sent to you on the day of our communications.
