  I am revising my initial feedback because they responded just not as quick as I would have liked. The response wait longer is annoying when there were no tracking updates from the shipping company for a week. The seller did make right and refunded without issue. We had a good conversation of his and my concerns. I think a reputable seller just bad timing.

  The Charger Case was exactly as described and in like-new condition, with a new USB power adapter and USB cable. The product was expertly packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap. The cardboard box was sturdy and sealed well with packing tape. Shipping time was lightning fast from order to UPS label with tracking info. Ordered one day, shipped the next, then UPS delivered in 2 days from Illinois to Michigan.

  The product arrived in perfect condition. The seller more than adequately packaged the product so it arrived from UPS without a hint of damage. The quality was excellent - like new. The value was very good compared to my local seller. I saved more than half the regular retail price. I recommend this seller without a doubt.

  Looks like new, works like it’s supposed to. Most of all I was impressed with the customer service. I had ordered 2 of these chargers so that I would have a spare, not realizing that I ordered from the same seller. They were in touch to see if I had meant to order 2. Very efficient… after explaining why I ordered 2 they sent them in one package and upgraded the shipping. I was very grateful and needed them asap! I would definitely order from this seller again!
