  OUTSTANDING! I've owned my dishwasher for only 5 years and couldn't believe when the bottom rack starting rusting. Bosch no longer offered a replacement and several other after-market vendors were sold out. I am so glad I found Mark on eBay! He had exactly the rack I needed, it was new at a reasonable price, and the transaction was flawless. Shipping was the next business day and it was securely packaged. Great communication and immediately responded to my email to confirm the right model.

  Absolutely perfect. Great item….its a perfect drop in replacement for my rusting OEM Bosch top rack. Better than from some of the online parts suppliers as it comes with the rollers and spray arm.   Dishwasher Racks arrived nicely packaged and fit perfectly! The Wheels for the Lower Rack were in the Box, in a plastic bag. It took 1 minute to snap the wheels onto the Rack. The Upper Rack assembled very quickly in less than a minute. Easy Peasy! The Free Shipping was Great. The total Cost was a super Good Deal. Fantastic Seller!
