  brand new as described, factory packing, good price!!! shipping was terrible as it took two weeks to be delivered. shipping was no fault of the seller as the post office temporarily lost the item for about a week. item arrived intact and in great shape so im very happy with the purchase!!!

  An ethical and responsive vendor whom I will do business with in the future. Had an problem with the item I purchased that was defective, upon describing the problem with the vendor and getting concurrence that that aspect of the product wasn't tested, and concurrence from the manufacturer that the problem should not be occurring, the vendor immediately refunded the purchase.
