  Very pleased with my package, the only issue was inside the box the glue came apart so it came apart easily and the video brochure did Not work.

  My experience with Rephael's was excellent! The item was described as new and it came in an unopened cellophane wrap. I was able to register it for a full warranty. The seller answered all of my questions and was quick to offer help if needed. I requested that the shipment be held back a few days so that I would be in town when the package arrived. The seller was very accommodating and sent the package when requested. I would not hesitate to order from the seller again in the future.
