    AMAZING! I had a problem with Royal Mail (my fault nothing to do with the seller) and my parcel was taking a while to get to him. He kept me updated all the way whether it arrived or not, he even chased with his local postie! Once my parcel got to him, he turned it around in 1 DAY and got it posted straight back to me. Amazing service, very helpful and very quick. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    First class service! I am so impressed with the customer service you provided and the quality of my items that have now been fixed. Both items were a very reasonable price and the turn around time was less than one week ( I sent two devices)

    Fantastic service, sent the ipad in the morning and got notification it arrived the following day and later the same day i received notification it was on it's way back to me fully fixed. Great service

    Really honest quick service, didn’t charge extra to what I guessed problem was (faulty USBC charging port). Device returned back working. Packaging good, produce very safe. Excellent communication. I had been nervous sending device off but shouldn’t have worried.

    Overall im happy with the service, used them because apple didnt offer replacement battery for my old watch anymore… watch had to go back twice to those guys as there was another problem with it after i got it back 1st time… but they sorted the issue quickly and efficiently, got my watch back and working great now and battery lasts more than a day again! Good communication as well, always replied pretty quickly for any of my questions. Recommend to anyone who wants to get battery replacement
