    Absolutely terrible, worst service I have had am with anything in years. Posted phone out on 1st march for FPC connector replacement, messaged every 3-4 days after this requesting an update, no reply. Waited until the 12th March, still no reply until I said I would be going to the address to collect my phone. Replied at this point and posted phone back, received phone, connector soldered on lob-sided and does not function, no picture on screen. Messaged, no reply. Shouldn’t be trading.

    Hi Sorry, but that's hardly true is it? You sent it the repair days after purchasing the service, by this time we were away which it was clearly stated across our pages and listings. You ignored it and sent it in that time anyway - so a delay was bound to happen was it not? Once back, we then installed a new FPC and tested each pins's value. We also sent you a close up picture on it installed and you had no quarrels. It was only days after receiving your device an issue arose?
