This time the item was "lost" by our post office and after waiting for weeks, the seller kindly refunded me, as the post office told me that the parcel was lost. The day after the refund however, they delivered the item. I contacted the seller again to report this and they were pleased with my honesty and let me keep the refund. I highly recommend Reontec and will buy from them again for sure.

Après un échange de courriel, le vendeur a immédiatement proposé le remplacement par un disque identique avec un envoi illico. Le disque de remplacement a été réceptionné très rapidement et s'est avéré fonctionnel. Par ailleurs la marchandise livrée était absolument conforme à la description et à l'attendu. Le délai pour la livraison est très acceptable et cela pour un coût tout à fait modique.
