I highly recommend this seller because they re someone you can trust and are willing to help you and resolve any issue you re experiencing very cordially.   This laptop is as described, looks awesome and looks brand new! Shipping was fast and it even arrived a day earlier than originally given by FedEx. The laptop was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box within a box, so was safe and secure. For the price, there are no complaints at all, as the value of a laptop with these specs is phenomenal, and performance is definitely not an issue. I would buy from this seller again!

  This was a good transaction... thanks very much. I was quite pleased to have found this particular printer, mostly because of the purchase price... quite reasonable. With the major holiday the shipping was interrupted, but once shipped it arrived rather quickly. The item was as described and I'm a happy camper!

  This order started out rather shakey...other than their lack of communication....the item is great. They solved an issue...without informing me and left my questions unanswered. Then when the item arrived, the correct charging cable was not included. But they fixed that issue too. So some hiccups but they delivered exactly what I ordered. We can't be perfect all tye time, this was probably just a once in a while problem. So thank you Renew4me.

  I'm happy with the purchase. Great deal for the price! I had some concerns about the laptop, but the customer service was amazing. Kindly solved my concern quickly. The package was awesome, the shipping was fast. I will purchase again in the near future.   Absolutely perfect sale.Item arrived 2 days early.Professionally wrapped and boxed to avoid any possibility of breakage. . Item arrived in pristine condition.Great looking,not a scratch or smudge anywhere on the unit.Looked new.Price was great.Even got a two year warranty thrown in. I rate this seller 5 star plus ******.If every deal on E bay would only be this professionally handled e,woulnt that be wonderful ………….
