    The appliance was described as open package. At arrival it looks like new, well packaged with all sort of protective wrapping. Contact with the seller has been excellent. All times, the seller, has been above and beyond to solve any issue I have presented. Very responsive. I will no hesitate to have business with, if the occasion is presented again. Thanks

    Amazing quality and great communication came well packaged and was like brand new postage was later than expected but I was informed every step of the way so I was not bothered. Item was as described and the value was 1000% worth it. I would definitely recommend this company for future purchases

    The fridge was listed as being a AEG however on delivery and unpacking the fridge delivered was Electrolux which is of a similar style and quality I contacted the seller who acknowledged the listing mistake and whilst I was somewhat disappointed the fridge still represented excellent value for money being new and in perfect condition

    Item was in expected condition and in working order. Oven was delivered by Renew2U themselves which is local to me, there was no damage in transit but the item was not wrapped in any packaging at all (if ordering further away I’d check what packaging they do, if not delivered by them) There was no communication regarding delivery, other than the driver phoning to say he was 10 minutes away, luckily there was some one in. Overall it worked out fine and it’s a good oven at a good price.

    Recieved exactly as described. Although I wouldn't use the delivery company again, very rude, and couldn't assist me with anything. Booked me a slot and turned up 2 hours early whilst I was at work. My neighbour had a key to let them in and they phoned to say that they couldn't leave in with the neighbour in my property, and would have to ask a manager to give me a call. Absolutely a joke. Apart from the delivery company, seller recommended.
