    Shipping a little slow and don't blame it on mail cause I watched tracking from day 1, packaging was lacking for $4.52 just put in a bag and shipped, as described, good value though. Almost went neutral but it works and this is the 3rd one I've bought but from other dealers. All in all satisfied.

    Item was packaged well/securely and shipped promptly -- got it on-schedule and intact. "Used" as described, but all buttons functioned (while 1 or2 were "stiff") and no unexpected bashes or excessive wear. An excellent bargain, since it rendered an expensive and sophisticated digitally tuned DVD/DVR fully functional for the first time in several months. Good item; GREAT seller.

    The product was well packaged. Nicely done! The remote worked well and is functional. The package arrived in a timely manner and was placed into a bubble mailer with label tapped on its face. The TV remote was as described. A working remote is a value remote. Thank you.
