    Delivery forecast for arrival before 1 August, but item didn't arrive until 8 August. Only indication of delay was note on tracking saying "running behind, original estimate was Tue 30 Jul - Thu 1 Aug". Tracking information indicated that item was quickly dispatched by seller. Tracking information was not very helpful when item delayed. Item works satisfactorily.

    Always very difficult to replace an original out-of-stock remote, but this replacement was accurately described and our Sony shelf system works again! Item arrived quickly, well packaged and buyer pleased, top marks to seller.

    Prior to purchasing I checked if the item would work with my appliance and was told it would, although it did work with the dvd player it unfortunately it wasn’t suited to the model of dvd/vcr player I have and wouldn’t work with the vcr. Seller was very apologetic and refunded immediately. Great to deal with and excellent communication. Product was delivered in perfect condition it’s just a shame for me it wasn’t what I was after but positive experience

    Great vendor and excellent customer service. I got a remote from them and arrived damaged. They sent me a new one right away and that one worked perfectly.
