I am a board-certified music therapist with a master’s degree in psychology. I compose and produce soothing instrumental guitar music and nature sound CDs for relaxation and sleep. My work is based on research that demonstrates the positive effects of music and sound on sleep, stress and anxiety. My unique background as a music therapist and an accomplished fingerstyle guitarist has given me the tools to help people through the power of music and sound.
As a music therapist, I've dedicated my life to improving the lives of others through music and I’ve had the privilege of helping children with cancer. These experiences have inspired me to donate a percentage of my profits to an amazing non-profit organization called Lucy’s Love Bus that helps children battling cancer.
