  I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.

  The seller responds in a timely manner with the processing of the request, the description of the items were very accurate, the cards are in near mint condition & well taken care of, free shipping was offered, and the cards were packaged in a way to minimize damage during shipping.   I was a bit upset it didnt ship in a box, but only in the actual plastic sleeve it was packaged in. Thankful it arrived in good order and as described. Overall i am very happy with it and the price i paid for it. Thank you.
