They said that they would check with their post office on Monday 5/12. I haven't heard another word from them. I have emailed then two more times after that, but no responses to either email. I would love to still receive the item ordered, but I think it's pretty doubtful at this point since they won't even reply to me. So I am requesting a full refund for this item.
