    Seller was very responsive. Item arrived very quickly and much earlier than expected. Listing was described as "new and sealed". Though covered with plastic wrap, the seal on the box was broken/torn but it appears that everything inside is intact and is presumably in working order. Seller may not be aware but it's likely an open box item. As long as hearing aids are operational, it is excellent value for money compared to the retail price.

    This item was advertised as "New" but when I received it the box had a lot of damage, the contents inside had been opened and taped back together. I bought this for my grandson's birthday so was very unhappy with the condition of this board game. The seller says I may return but has not responded if seller will also pay for cost to return. Also, now I have to find another new Harry Potter Monopoly in time for my grandson's birthday.
