    Purchased the burgundy one but the seller contacted me to say on checking it before sending it was found to have a fault. They didn't have any more in stock but they did have a black one that was ready to go. I accepted that and it arrived the next day 9th October very well wrapped. It was described as very good condition but in fact it was pristine, straight out of the box! Works perfectly and with 10% of and twelve months warranty, what a bargain. Always buy my phones from these guys 🤗

    Excellent service and product! The mobile phone arrived in perfect Condition, exactly as described. The Quality is outstanding, the price was fair, and the Appearance of the phone is OK. Very securely packaged, which protected it even though it was delivered to the wrong address. Highly recommended seller — trustworthy and professional! And absolutely impressed! The seller went above and beyond with the packaging — the Samsung S23 ULTRA was wrapped in 3 multiple protective layers. Thanks.

    I did not purchase a phone as I was told that the phone had a fault and that a replacement would be sent if I agree, the replacement was sent to arrive the next day. This did not arrive, on checking was told it looked like the courier had mislaid the package. As it was the last one, I was offered another model or a refund. I took the refund; this was paid back within 10 minutes. I am very happy with the service from this seller.

    Item as described and good deal. Awful DPD delivery as usual, driver didn't show up on communicated delivery date (Friday) and then wrote "client asked to reschedule delivery" which I never did. STOP USING DPD !

    I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase! This was a fabulous bargain—the item arrived in top condition and was honestly as good as new. You can really tell that care was taken in both the listing and packaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone looking for quality and value. The only small issue I experienced was the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.
