    The laptop arrived as advertised, packed well. FedEx seemed to have lost the package for a while. Was going to swap out ram and ssd whit another laptop. Ram was listed as 16GB came with 4GB, contacted seller and said they would send out replacement ram. Seller made it right.

    This is how eBay is intended to work. A couple of small items were missing from the original order. I contacted seller and they sent these items out immediately. I highly recommend this seller. They are top notch!

    Although shipping time took a little longer than listed, everything arrived, very neatly and packaged! It looked even better than the photos that were provided on the listing and I’m sure I’m gonna get a ton of use out of this laptop!
