  Headlight was damaged by fed ex. Seller offered a full refund or partial refund if I was able to make it work. I was able to fix it and make it work. . I don’t think seller should have to pay for fed ex mistake. I always have a bad experience with fed ex. Overall I am happy with this seller and glad everything worked out.
