  Great communication with the seller, promptly shipped package. Unfortunately USPS took over a month to deliver, but seller was always on top and even sent out a replacement (which didn’t arrive)! Would definitely recommend and shop with again!!

  I contacted the seller over a week ago as they requested and I still have not heard back from them. They are slow to respond and I mean days not hours.... the instructions were also not available for installation for several days. The parts they sent were shoddy and not well crafted. The plates and pins they sent do not match the ones in the pictures as far as hole sizes, threaded holes, smaller pins in larger holes and lots of slop in the linkage. The product is not worth almost 400$

  Item arrived as described. Packaged well and shipped out fast. Pegs sit lower than any other bikes I’ve owned and are very comfortable, allowing my legs to stretch out a bit and avoiding cramps in the hip.
