  Beware of sellers that state buyer pays for return shipping. In a spirit of trust I thought that would not be needed. The photo showed scuff marks, could not tell they are actually deep cuts in the metal... not mentioned in the description. Return shipping costs more than the product itself. Seller not interested in refunding full price with shipping or any good business compromise through a partial refund. Not a good value.
