Awesome lamp! As a collector, I always wanted one if these early open arc tube H2 250 watt medium pressure mercury lamps! Ballasts for these are extinct. But I think it will work on a 175 watt H39/22 ballast, but run time must be short, as this lamp draws high amps, and will quickly overheat the ballast. This is a dream come true lamp to me! I have the AH-1 400 watt versions with outer bulbs to go with this, one is a rare MAZDA with steel base! (WW2) THANKS! 😊
