    The shipping process was a bit of a drag but what can I expect because the product is coming from China so customs and other shipping delays could happen then when I recieved the product I was not happy because instructions weren't included so I didn't know where to plug in the power so I reached out to the seller and not only did they explain everything but also sent a video. Im extremely happy with everything...what an amazing product. What a pleasure!! Magnificent

    Dec 24 2024 in the original description the material was suppose to be stainless steel,after i bought the item on nov 9 2024 the seller change the description instead i received (dec 24 2024) an ABS matte silver light frame.It will cost more to ship back to the seller (china) so i ask for full refund and the seller offered me only $7.00 Now i submit my problem to Ebay to resolve this.

    I contacted the seller due to a specific part not fitting correctly. They said it was due to me installing it incorrectly, even after sending them proof through a picture, very rude will not buy from them again. They offered me a $15 coupon after spending over $200 and would not send me a replacement part.

    Love them they look great, couldn't have asked for nothing nicer. Coutomer service was excellent when I was missing my Explorere logo they shipped it out and it came in quick.
