  A trustworthy seller who immediately answered all my questions. Listing accurately described – a quality product sold at a fair price which arrived within the ETA, postage free. Sadly it was not packed to prevent damage – the contents in the envelope rattled about when I shook it and there was no 'Delicate Contents' warning written on the envelope. As a certified buyer, I recommend this seller to do business with.

  I purchased a new in box item but the packaging I received had already been opened and inner packaging was torn. The bulb appears to function properly so hopefully this is not a second or refurbished item. Prompt delivery and good communication. I have bought from this seller before and they offer competitively priced goods.

  2nd purchase in as many weeks. Dispatched and delivered with in 3 days. Constant updates from seller and great product. Always get exactly what is advertised for half the cost of other suppliers. Always as new or new.

  have bought a couple of refurbished They sell a range of refurbished items I can only comment on the two I have bought. The items arrived well packaged and within a week. Both items were accurately described. They had some very small scratches which you would expect. Both in excellent working order. Items come with a guarantee, which they will honour without quibbling. You can’t fault the customer service. They are very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend

  Item arrived on time and was packaged with the other item I ordered in a black plastic bag. The doorbell was well priced and had previously been opened as the seal was broken. Everything was still inside the box. However I had to return it as it has to be hardwired and I wanted a battery only one. Sent back awaiting refund. Good seller would use again

  Item promptly arrived...although the picture from the camera is very dull during daylight hours compared to my 2 other blink cameras I decided to keep it rather than have to take it down,pack and return...seller did offer a free return but I declined as the light and camera both work just a dull picture i would have been happy if the camera alone could have been replaced so i did have to take the light and bracket off the wall... I would recommend this seller..
