    Bad seller. Pd Sunday nite, seller guar ship next bus. day Monday. FedEx DID NOT have item by midday Wed. Wrote seller to cancel order NOW as he still had item. Instead of cancel, seller got item to FedEx 3.5 hrs later! IF seller shipped Mon. as “guaranteed”, delivery likely next day since I live 5 minutes away! Seller will use Ebay’s ESTIMATED delivery date of Thurs as an EXCUSE. BS. Ebay's delivery ETA are guesses. You don't hold off shipping due to them! Seller did not refund. Ebay case did.

    This buyer is assuming a lot of things that are simply not true. The fact is the package was dropped off at a FedEx pickup location on time but FedEx did not pick it up until the day after it should have. Buyer asked for a refund while item was in transit. We would have gladly refunded the item after providing him a free return label. Instead, he received a free item after convincing eBay to give him a refund and keep the product.

    Product received was defective, lasted roughly 2 weeks and now having issues. Reached out to the seller to resolve the issue but did not receive a response which leads me to believe they knowingly are selling defective products. Buyer beware.
