    Item arrived safely packaged. Had to return this as my laptop and playstation but couldn't recognise the drive. Tried many programs, command prompts and disk management and couldn't find the drive. Contacted seller who helped me try to sort the issue out but we came to agreement of returning the item, definitely recommend seller for the help just maybe it broke in the post or something

    The laptop is as described, great and well-made. At that price it is great value. The laptop arrived quickly and the postage was a bargain, and well-packaged.

    The item (a used laptop) had a fault. I had cancelled a return request in regards to another issue, and decided to contact eBay about this second issue. eBay issued me a full refund without my having to return the laptop to the seller. I felt rather bad about this (getting a laptop for free), so I contacted the seller, and was able to return the unit to them. The seller generously sent me another laptop, even though I had been fully refunded. Thank you.

    Can i say massive thankyou to this seller ,we got wrong phone at first which can easily happen anyhow contacted seller ,messaged me straight back saying will sort out asap and he did arrived before my sons birthday which the original one was for would highly recomened and use again in a heart beat ,,,,,thankyou
