    Original phone sent had some issues but there has been excellent communication with regards returning and replacement. Unfortunately there were no equivalent iPhone 6's so the vendor upgraded the replacement and sent an iPhone 7 instead all at no additional cost to myself. Quality, condition and appearance have all exceeded my expectations for a grade B. Excellent customer service highly recommended eBayer 110%
